July 16, 2023Very good service at My Optometry. I was happy with the detailed eye examination and explanation by optometrist Ms. Fatin. I have had a blephex treatment (cleaning my lashes and eyelids). The optometrist was very friendly and gentle. Painless and felt like rubbing your eyes, but in a good way😂. After treatment, my eyes feel very fresh and less dry. I did warm compression as advised by the optometrist, and my eyes feel much more comfortable. Thank you, Ms. Fatin and teams. Definitely will come again👍🏻👍🏻

August 16, 2023I had a fantastic experience here. From the moment I walked in, the staff - Kim greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home. Kim was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain everything during my eye exam. They had a wide selection of frames to choose from, and Kim helped me find the perfect pair that suited my style and prescription; as well as the contact lenses (my first time wearing contact lenses but I feel confident in it as Kim guided me step-by-step) 🙂 Overall, the customer service was exceptional, and I can't wait to visit again for my next eye check-up. Highly recommended!
